၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ (၁၅) ရက်နေ့တွင် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ Okcheon-gun ၊ Dae Yaksasa ဘုရားကျောင်း၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် Yoraeseon Meditation Center ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်း အနားနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ ပါရမီဘုရားကျောင်းမှ ပင့်ဆောင်လာသည့် ဗုဒ္ဓဓာတ်တော် မွေတော် (၈) ဆူအား Dae Yaksasa ဘုရားကျောင်းသို့ အပ်နှင်းပွဲအခမ်းအနားတို့သို့ ကိုရီးယား သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီးနှင့်ဇနီး၊ မြန်မာစစ်သံ (ကြည်း၊ ရေ၊ လေ) ရုံးမှ စစ်သံမှူးတို့နှင့်အတူ Dae Yaksasa ဘုရားကျောင်းမှ ပဓါနဆရာတော်ကြီးများ၊ ဖိတ်ကြားထားသည့် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံတို့မှ ဆရာတော်ကြီးများ၊ သီလရှင်များ နှင့် အခြားဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဝင် ဧည့်သည်တော်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

အခမ်းအနားတွင် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့သည် Dae Yaksasa ဘုရားကျောင်း၏ ပဓါန ဆရာတော်ကြီးများ၊ ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံတို့မှ ဖိတ်ကြားထားသော ဆရာတော် ကြီးများနှင့်အတူ Yoraeseon Meditation Center အား ဖဲကြိုးဖြတ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၎င်းနောက် မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီးနှင့် မြန်မာစစ်သံ (ကြီး၊ ရေ၊ လေ) ရုံးမှ စစ်သံမှူးတို့က Yoraeseon Meditation Center (တရားစခန်း) ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဗုဒ္ဓဓာတ်တော် မွေတော်များကို အပ်နှင်းရခြင်းတို့အတွက် ဝမ်းမြောက်မုဒိတာစကားများ အသီးသီးပြောကြားခဲ့ ကြပါသည်။

ယင်းနောက် Dae Yaksasa ဘုရားကျောင်း၏ ဦးစီးပဓါနဆရာတော်ကြီး Most Venerable Myung An က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ပါရမီဘုရားကျောင်းမှ ဓာတ်တော်မွေတော်များအား လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ခြင်း အပေါ် ကျေးဇူးတင်ဂုဏ်ပြုစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီးနောက် မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/ သံအမတ်ကြီးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ပင့်ဆောင်လာသည့် ဓာတ်တော်မွေတော်များကို Dae Yaksasa ဘုရားကျောင်းတွင် ဌာပနာတည်ထားကိုးကွယ်ရန် အပ်နှင်းခွင့်ရရှိသည့်အတွက် လွန်စွာဂုဏ်ယူ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါကြောင်း၊ ယခုကဲ့သို့ မြင့်မြတ်သောဗုဒ္ဓအမွေအနှစ်များကို ဖလှယ်မှုမှတစ်ဆင့် မြန်မာ-ကိုရီးယား နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနှင့် ရင်းနှီးချစ်ခင်မှုကို ပိုမိုခိုင်မာလာစေမည် ဖြစ်ပါ ကြောင်း စသည်ဖြင့် မုဒိတာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

ယင်းနောက် အဆိုပါ ပါရမီဘုရားကျောင်းမှ ပင့်ဆောင်လာသည့် ဓာတ်တော်မွေတော် (၈) ဆူ အား မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီးနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့က Dae Yaksasa ဘုရား ကျောင်းသို့ အပ်နှင်းကာ အမှတ်တရဓာတ်ပုံများရိုက်ကူးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

Attending the Inauguration Ceremony of the Yoraeseon Meditation Center and the Offering Ceremony of the Buddha Relics at Dae Yaksasa Temple, the Headquarters of the Korea Buddhist Yorae Order, Republic of Korea

On 15 November 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the Yoraeseon Meditation Center and the offering ceremony of the eight sacred Buddha relics that was brought from the Paramy Temple in Yangon, Myanmar to Dae Yaksasa Temple, the headquarters of the Korea Buddhist Yorae Order. The event was attended by Myanmar Charge d’Affaires a.i. /Ambassador to the Republic of Korea and his Spouse, the Military Attaché of the Office of Myanmar Military, Naval and Air Attaché, the Venerable monks of Dae Yaksasa Temple, as well as invited monks, nuns and Buddhist devotees from Japan and the Republic of Korea.

During the ceremony, the Myanmar delegation, along with the Venerable monks of Dae Yaksasa Temple and invited monks and nuns from Japan and the Republic of Korea in cutting the ribbon to inaugurate the Yoraeseon Meditation Center. Following the inauguration, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i. /Ambassador and Military Attaché delivered congratulatory remarks on the inauguration of the Yoraeseon Meditation Center and on the offering of the Buddha relics, respectively.

Thereafter, the Most Venerable Myung An of Dae Yaksasa Temple, expressed his proud appreciation for the donation of the sacred relics from Myanmar Parami Temple. In response, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i. / Ambassador conveyed his great pleasure for the opportunity to enshrine and venerate the relics at Dae Yaksasa Temple. He further emphasized that this exchange of sacred Buddhist relics would serve to deepen cultural ties and strengthened the bonds of friendship between Myanmar and the Republic of Korea.

Then, the ceremony concluded with the presentation of the eight relics by Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i. /Ambassador and the delegation to Dae Yaksasa Temple, followed by commemorative group photographs.

Chargé d’Affaires a.i. /Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Republic of Korea, Mr. Myo Myint Maung participated in the Commemorative Ceremony: Completion of the 10 ASEAN Benches at ASEAN-Korea Olle, held in Jeju on 11 November 2025. In celebration of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the ASEAN-Korea dialogue relations, Jeju Olle Trial Route 8 was designated of the Jeju Olle Trial Route 8 : ASEAN-Korea Olle in November 2024. The event was attended by ambassadors, heads of mission and their spouses.

The Ceremony was hosted by the ASEAN Korea Center (AKC) with the support of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Olle Foundation. The Ceremony commenced with opening remarks by the Secretary General of AKC, welcoming remarks by the Vice Mayor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, congratulatory remarks by Singapore Ambassador, rotating Chair of ASEAN Committee in Seoul (ACS) and CEO of Olle Foundation. In addition, the event was graced with musical performances by students, and a commemorative photo session. Invited journalists from ASEAN countries, including Myanmar, also attended the ceremony to cover the event.

At the end of the Ceremony, the representatives walked together along the Jeju Olle Trail Route, where ten symbolic benches representing the ASEAN member countries have been installed, and took commemorative group photos. As part of the ASEAN Week 2025 celebrations, they also met with participating journalists from ASEAN countries who attended the ASEAN Journalist Invitation Program organized by the ASEAN-Korea Centre.

During the event, a luncheon was hosted by the Vice Mayor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and a dinner was hosted by the ASEAN-Korea Centre, led by Secretary General H.E. Kim Jae-shin.

Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Republic of Korea, Mr. Myo Myint Maung attended the opening ceremony of the “2025 FLY Film Festival” which was held in Busan, Republic of Korea, along with ASEAN Ambassadors, Heads of Mission and representativesfrom other ASEAN Member Countries on 3 November 2025. During the opening ceremony, Mr. Cho Youjang, Director-General of Culture Burea, Busan Metropolitan City, Mr. Kang Sung Kyu, Director of Busan Film Commission, and Ms. Jung Gayeon, Deputy Director-General of ASEAN and Southeast Asian Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, delivered congratulatory remarkscelebrating the cultural and creative collaboration between ASEAN and the Republic of Korea. Afterwards, at the 2025 FLY Film Festival, the Myanmar film “I Wanna Be Your Lobster” was honored for its highest quality and performance. Myanmar filmmakers and artists who involved in the production received honorary awards from the FLY organizing team in recognition of their remarkable achievement.

Then, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador took memorable photos with senior officials from Busan Metropolitan City and Busan Film Commission, who co-hosted the event, and the Ambassadors, Heads of Mission, andrepresentatives of the other ASEAN countries who were present. Then, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador also attended in the ASEAN Film Industry Forum on 4November 2025. During the Forum, representatives from other ASEAN member countries, the Chairman of Busan Film Commission, and officials engaged in discussions on potential collaborations in film production and creative exchange between ASEAN and the Republic of Korea.
