ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင် သည် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ ဘူဆန်မြို့၌ ၃-၁၁-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျင်းပသည့် “2025 FLY Film Festival” ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ အခြားသောကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အာဆီယံသံအမတ်ကြီးများ နှင့်အတူ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားတွင် ဘူဆန်မြို့တော်၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု ဗျူရို၏ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် Mr. Cho Youjang ၊ ဘူဆန်ရုပ်ရှင်ကော်မရှင်၏ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး Mr. Kang Sung Kyu ၊ ကိုရီးယားနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အာဆီယံနှင့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှရေးရာ ဗျူရိုမှ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် Ms. Jung Gayeon တို့က ဂုဏ်ပြုမိန့်ခွန်းများ အသီးသီးပြော ကြားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ယင်းနောက် 2025 FLY Film Festival တွင် ရုပ်ရှင်အရည်အသွေးနှင့် စွမ်းဆောင် ရည်ပြည့်မီသော ရုပ်ရှင်ဇာတ်ကားအဖြစ် မြန်မာဇာတ်ကား “I Wanna Be Your Lobster”ရွေးချယ် ခြင်းခံခဲ့ရပြီး ရုပ်ရှင်ပွဲတော်၏ အဖွင့်ရုပ်ရှင်ဇာတ်ကားအဖြစ် ပြသခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ မြန်မာရုပ်ရှင်ဇာတ်ကားတွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြသည့် မြန်မာအနုပညာရှင်များအား FLY အဖွဲ့မှ ဂုဏ်ပြုဆုများ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါ သည်။
၎င်းနောက် သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီးသည် “2025 FLY Film Festival” အခမ်းအနားကို ကြီးမှူးပြုလုပ်သည့် Busan Metropolitan City နှင့် ဘူဆန်ရုပ်ရှင်ကော်မရှင်တို့မှ အကြီးအကဲများ၊ တက်ရောက်လာကြသော အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံများမှ သံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ သံကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့်အတူ အမှတ်တရဓာတ်ပုံများ ရိုက်ကူးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ၎င်းနောက် သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီးသည် ၄-၁၁-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် “အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံများအတွင်း ရုပ်ရှင်လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ” သို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲအတွင်း အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံများမှ ကိုယ်စား လှယ်များ၊ ဘူဆန်ရုပ်ရှင်ကော်မရှင်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ တာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင် သည့် ရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးမှုများနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator (FLY) အစီအစဉ်ကို ဘူဆန်ရုပ်ရှင်ကော်မရှင်က ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ် ကတည်းကပင် စတင်ထူထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများနှင့် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံတို့မှ နောင် လာမည့် မျိုးဆက်သစ်လူငယ်ရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးသူများအကြား အဓိပ္ပါယ်ပြည့်ဝသော ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနှင့် ဖန်တီးမှုပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါ ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador to the Republic of Korea attends the Opening Ceremony of the “2025 FLY Film Festival” and the ASEAN Film Industry Forum

Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Republic of Korea, Mr. Myo Myint Maung attended the opening ceremony of the “2025 FLY Film Festival” which was held in Busan, Republic of Korea, along with ASEAN Ambassadors, Heads of Mission and representativesfrom other ASEAN Member Countries on 3 November 2025. During the opening ceremony, Mr. Cho Youjang, Director-General of Culture Burea, Busan Metropolitan City, Mr. Kang Sung Kyu, Director of Busan Film Commission, and Ms. Jung Gayeon, Deputy Director-General of ASEAN and Southeast Asian Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, delivered congratulatory remarkscelebrating the cultural and creative collaboration between ASEAN and the Republic of Korea. Afterwards, at the 2025 FLY Film Festival, the Myanmar film “I Wanna Be Your Lobster” was honored for its highest quality and performance. Myanmar filmmakers and artists who involved in the production received honorary awards from the FLY organizing team in recognition of their remarkable achievement.
Then, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador took memorable photos with senior officials from Busan Metropolitan City and Busan Film Commission, who co-hosted the event, and the Ambassadors, Heads of Mission, andrepresentatives of the other ASEAN countries who were present. Then, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador also attended in the ASEAN Film Industry Forum on 4November 2025. During the Forum, representatives from other ASEAN member countries, the Chairman of Busan Film Commission, and officials engaged in discussions on potential collaborations in film production and creative exchange between ASEAN and the Republic of Korea.
The ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator (FLY) program, established in 2012 by the Busan Film Commission, serves as a vital platform for nurturing the next generation of talented filmmakers from ASEAN member states and the Republic of Korea.
