ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင် သည် ၂၀-၈-၂၀၂၆ ရက် (ကြာသပတေးနေ့) တွင် ဆိုးလ်မြို့ရှိ Korea Press Center ၌ NEAR အတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံး (အရှေ့မြောက်အာရှဒေသဆိုင်ရာအစိုးရများအသင်း) မှ ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် The NEAR 30th Anniversary “Northeast Asia + 2” Local Cooperation Forum အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါဖိုရမ်သို့ ဆိုးလ်မြို့အခြေစိုက် ရုရှား၊ တရုတ်၊ မွန်ဂိုလီးယား၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ လာအို၊ မြန်မာနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ် နိုင်ငံခြားသံရုံးများမှ သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့် သံတမန်များ၊ ရုရှား၊ တရုတ်၊ ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံတို့မှ မီဒီယာကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် NEAR အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး Mr. Lim Byung-jin က အဖွင့်အမှာစကားနှင့် Gyeongsangbuk-do (North Gyeongsang ပြည်နယ်)၊ စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဒုတိယအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး Ms. Yang Geum-hee နှင့် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂသံအမတ်ကြီးဟောင်း Mr. Kim Sook တို့က ဂုဏ်ပြုစကားများ အသီးသီး ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆိုပါဖိုရမ်တွင် ကျင်းပသည့် စကားဝိုင်းတွင် တက်ရောက်လာကြသည့် မီဒီယာနယ်ပယ် အသီးသီးမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များက ဆွေးနွေးသူများအဖြစ် ပါဝင်ပြီး NEAR ၏ နှစ် (၃၀) အောင်မြင် မှုများကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ပြီး အရှေ့မြောက်အာရှမှ အလယ်အာရှနှင့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှသို့ တိုးချဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် အတွက်အဆိုပြုသည့် “အရှေ့မြောက်အာရှ+၂” (Northeast Asia+2) မူဘောင်နှင့်ပတ်သက်သောအကြောင်းအရာများကို ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador to the Republic of Korea U Myo Myint Maung attended the NEAR 30th Anniversary “Northeast Asia + 2” Local Cooperation Forum, hosted by the Secretariat of the Northeast Asia Regional Governments Association (NEAR), at the Korea Press Center in Seoul on 20 August 2026 (Thursday).
The forum was attended by Ambassadors and diplomats from the embassies of Russia, China, Mongolia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam in Seoul, as well as media representatives from Russia, China, the Republic of Korea and Japan. At the forum, NEAR Secretary-General Mr. Lim Byung-jin delivered the opening remarks, and Ms. Yang Geum-hee, Vice Governor for Economic Affairs of Gyeongsangbuk-do (North Gyeongsang Province), and Mr. Kim Sook, former Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations, delivered congratulatory remarks.
During the media roundtable discussion of the forum, representatives from various media outlets also participated as panelists, reviewing the achievements and development of NEAR over the past 30 years and exchanging views on the proposed “Northeast Asia +2” framework, which seeks to expend regional cooperation beyond Northeast Asia to encompass Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
