ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင် သည် ဆိုးလ်မြို့၊ Yeouido ရှိ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော် အဆောက်အအုံ (National Assembly of the Republic of Korea) ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် (၇၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ အခြေခံဥပဒေနေ့ (Constitution Day) အထိမ်းအမှတ် အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက် ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၏ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေနေ့သည် ၁၉၄၈ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၁၇ ရက် နေ့တွင် ပထမဆုံးသော ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေကို ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခဲ့သည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် ကျင်းပ ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ဥပဒေပြုရေးမဏ္ဍိုင်ဖြစ်သော အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်ဝင်းအတွင်း ခမ်းနားထည်ဝါစွာ ကျင်းပသော နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့် အခမ်းအနားတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ယခု ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၏ ထူးခြားချက်မှာ ၂၀၀၈ ခုနှစ်နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ် Constitution Day ကို အများပြည်သူရုံးပိတ်ရက် (Public Holiday) အဖြစ် ပြန်လည်သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
အခမ်းအနားတွင် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၏ ဒီမိုကရေစီခရီးစဉ်၊ တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးနှင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ၏ တန်ဖိုးများကို ဂုဏ်ပြုသည့် တရားဝင်အခမ်းအနားနှင့် အနုပညာ တင်ဆက်မှုများအပြီးတွင် လွှတ်တော်အဖွဲ့ဝင်ဟောင်းများကို ဂုဏ်ပြုမှတ်တမ်းများ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပြီး Parliamentarian’s Society of the Republic of Korea ၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Hon. Chung Dai-chul နှင့် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ H.E. Cho Jeong-sik တို့က (၇၈)ကြိမ် မြောက် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေနေ့ (Constitution Day) အထိမ်းအမှတ် ဂုဏ်ပြု စကားများ ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံအမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၊ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ဝင် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် ဆိုးလ်မြို့အခြေစိုက် နိုင်ငံတကာ သံတမန် ရေးရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ သံအမတ်ကြီးများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြောင်းသိရှိရပါသည်။
Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires a.i./ Ambassador attends Commemoration Ceremony for the 78th Anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Korea

U Myo Myint Maung, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. /Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Republic of Korea attended the Commemoration Ceremony for the 78th Anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Korea, held at the National Assembly building in Yeouido, Seoul.
Constitution Day in the Republic of Korea marks the promulgation of the first constitution on 17 July 1948. The day is observed through a state-level ceremony at the National Assembly, the country’s legislative body. A notable development of 2026 is that Constitution Day has been restored as a public holiday for the first time since 2008.
Following the official proceedings and artistic performances, celebrating Korea’s journey toward democracy, the rule of law, and constitutional values, certificates of honor were presented to the former parliamentarians. Honourable Chung Dai-chul, Chairman of the Parliamentarian’s Society of the Republic of Korea, and H.E. Cho Jeong-sik, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, delivered commemorative speeches to mark the 78th Constitution Day.
The ceremony is attended by the Speaker of the Korean National Assembly, government officials, members of the legislature, and ambassadors from the diplomatic missions based in Seoul.
