၂၉-၅-၂၀၂၆ ရက်နေ့၊ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် Ambassador Seoul-A Pullman Hotel ၌ ကျင်းပ သည့် ရုရှား-တရုတ် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ဆက်ဆံရေး ထူထောင်သည့် နှစ် (၃၀) ပြည့်နှစ်ပတ်လည်နှင့် ရုရှားနှင့်တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား အိမ်နီးချင်းကောင်း ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေးစာချုပ် ချုပ်ဆိုသည့် (၂၅) နှစ်ပြည့် နှစ်ပတ်လည်အခမ်းအနားသို့ ကိုရီးယား သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ရုရှားဖယ်ဒရေးရှင်းနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Georgy Zinoviev နှင့် ကိုရီးယား သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Dai Bing တို့၏ ဖိတ်ကြားချက် အရ မြန်မာသံရုံး၊ ဆိုးလ်မြို့မှ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
၁၉၉၆ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရုရှားနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ဆက်ဆံရေးပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေရေးအတွက် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆက်ဆံရေး (The Russia-China Strategic Partnership of Coordination) ကို ထူထောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၀၁ ခုနှစ်တွင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား အိမ်နီးချင်းကောင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးကို ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေရေးအတွက် နှစ်နိုင်ငံခေါင်းဆောင်များ အကြား The Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China စာချုပ်ကို ချုပ်ဆိုခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများသည် ကမ္ဘာ့အင်အားကြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား အပြန်အလှန်ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို အထောက်အပံ့ပြုစေရုံသာမက ကမ္ဘာ့ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးတည်တံ့မှုကိုပါ ထိန်းညှိပေးမှု ကိုလည်းဖြစ်စေပြီး Multipolar World Order ကို မြှင့်တင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်ပါ သည်။
ဆယ်စုနှစ်သုံးခုအတွင်း ရုရှားနိုင်ငံနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့ကြား ထူထောင်ခဲ့သည့် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးသည် အပြန်အလှန်လေးစားမှု၊ အိမ်နီးချင်းကောင်း ပီသမှု၊ ကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်မှုတို့အပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ တည်ငြိမ်စွာ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်လာခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံကြားဆက်ဆံရေး ခိုင်မြဲခြင်းသည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး နှင့်သာယာဝပြောရေးကိုသာမက ဒေသတွင်းတည်ငြိမ်ရေးနှင့် အပြုသဘော ဆောင်သော နိုင်ငံတကာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကိုလည်း အထောက်အကူ ဖြစ်စေကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံသည် ၎င်းတို့နှင့် ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးသောဆက်ဆံရေးကို အလေးထားသည့်အပြင် ရုရှား နှင့် တရုတ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံစလုံးနှင့် ဘက်စုံမဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးကို အလွန်တန်ဖိုးထားပါကြောင်း၊ ရုရှားနိုင်ငံနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ဆက်လက် တိုးမြှင့်ခြင်းသည် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ တည်ငြိမ်ရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုနှင့် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် ပြင်ပတွင် အပြန်အလှန် အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ပါကြောင်း စသည်ဖြင့် ဖော်ပြလျက် မြန်မာသံရုံး၊ ဆိုးလ်မြို့က ဆိုးလ်အခြေစိုက် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံသံရုံးနှင့် ရုရှားဖယ်ဒရေး နိုင်ငံသံရုံးထံ ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်ကြောင်းစာအသီးသီး ပေးပို့ခဲ့ကြောင်းသိရှိရပါသည်။
Chargé d’Affaires a.i./ Ambassador attends the Reception of the 30th Anniversary of the Russia-China Strategic Partnership of Coordination and the 25th Anniversary of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China

On the evening of 29 May 2026, at the invitation of H.E. Georgy Zinoviev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Korea, and H.E. Dai Bing, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Korea, U Myo Myint Maung, Chargé d’Affaires a.i./ Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Republic of Korea, attended the reception held to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of Russia-China Strategic Partnership of Coordination and the 25th Anniversary of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China. The event was held at the Ambassador Seoul-A Pullman Hotel in Seoul.
In 1996, the Russia-China Strategic Partnership of Coordination was established to further strengthen relations between Russia and China. In 2001, the leaders of the two countries signed the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China to further strengthen good-neighborly cooperation. These cooperation initiatives support mutual collaboration between the two major powers and contribute to maintaining global peace while promoting a multipolar world order.
In connection with these milestones, the Embassy of Myanmar has extended formal congratulatory letters to both the Embassy of the Russian Federation and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Seoul. The letters noted that, over the past three decades, the strategic partnership between Russia and China has developed steadily on the basis of mutual respect, good-neighborliness, comprehensive cooperation, and shared understanding. The continued strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries has not only contributed to the development and prosperity of both nations but also to regional stability and constructive international cooperation. Myanmar highly values its friendly relations and comprehensive strategic partnership with both Russia and China, and believes that the continued enhancement of cooperation between the two countries will further promote peace, stability, economic development, and mutual benefit in the region and beyond.
