ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၏ (၈၀) နှစ်မြောက် လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့ အထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် စစ်ရေးကင်းမဲ့ဇုန် (Demilitarized Zone- DMZ) တွင် “(၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် စစ်ရေးကင်းမဲ့ဇုန် ငြိမ်း ချမ်းရေးလမ်းလျှောက်ပွဲ” (6th DMZ Open Peace Walk) အစီအစဉ်အား Gyeonggi ပြည်နယ်၊ Paju မြို့ရှိ Imjingak မြစ်ဘေး၌ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့၊ နံနက်ပိုင်းတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင်နှင့် သံရုံးဝန်ထမ်းမိသားစုများ ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားသို့ Gyeonggi ပြည်နယ်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး၊ ဆိုးလ်မြို့အခြေစိုက် သံတမန်များ နှင့် မိသားစုများ၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်နှင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရလွှတ်တော်များမှ ကိုယ်စား လှယ်များ၊ မြို့တော်ဝန်နှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီးမှ ခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့် အခြားဖိတ်ကြားထားသူ များ ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အစီအစဉ်အရ သတ်မှတ်နေရာတွင် စုဝေးရောက်ရှိကာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအမှတ်တရစကား များ ရေးသားဂုဏ်ပြုပြီး Imjingak မြစ်ဘေးတစ်လျှောက် Ecological Trail အတိုင်း ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး လမ်းလျှောက်ခြင်း အစီအစဉ်ကို ဆင်နွှဲခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

The Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Republic of Korea, Mr. Myo Myint Maung, along with embassy staff and their families, participated in “the 6th DMZ Open Peace Walk” held on the morning of Saturday, November 1, 2025.
The event was held at the Imjingak Riverside in Paju City, Gyeonggi Province, to commemorate the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Korea. The ceremony was attended by the Governor of Gyeonggi Province, diplomats based in Seoul and their families, representatives from the National Assembly and provincial councils, city mayors, leaders from various organizations, and other invited guests.
As part of the program, participants gathered at the designated area to write and dedicate messages of peace. This was followed by the main event: a peace walk along the Ecological Trail by the Imjingak Riverside, symbolizing a shared hope for harmony and reconciliation.
